Travel safely is the most important thing when you decide to visit a new country.

There are several aspect you have to consider. I think the most important problems when you decide to travel are political instability and sanitary conditions. POLITICAL INSTABILITY

Syria, Iraq, Afghanistan, South east of Turkey, Gaza Strip and Yemen.

Africa: Gambia, Ghana, Camerun, Libia, Mali, Tunisia and Egypt.

Some areas of Thailand, in the Southeast Asia, and Guyana, Venezuela, Suriname, Colombia, South Mexico and Central America.

SANITARY CONDITIONS

Most of the countries of Sub-Saharan Africa and some areas of South America has critical sanitary conditions.

Japan or the west coast of the United States and Mexico are the areas hit by earthquakes. Usually this countries are equipped to deal with potential earthquakes, but it’s always good to keep informed.

From my experience, there was an earthquake when I was in Mexico 4 years ago, but they are quite used to it, there was no panic and everything went well.

I was in Japan 2 years ago (look at my video here).  Today houses, hotels, buildings in general are built to resist to strong earthquakes. Despite all, I can truly tell that you can visit Japan without particular concerns.
